Mikaela Ahmadi
Founder & Director
With over seven years in the private education and nanny industry, Mikaela has supported families, children, teachers, and nannies across the United States and Canada.
She began her career as a teacher at a private outdoor school and nanny before moving into a management role within the school, and later joining an established nanny agency as a Placement Manager. There, she recognized that the system wasn't built for great families and exceptional nannies to find each other.
nannyhaus is built on the belief that lasting placements happen when both families and nannies are equally considered. When that standard is met, families gain consistent care and nannies gain a sustainable career.
At her core, Mikaela is motivated by childhood joy and providing parents the peace of mind that they are giving their children the best.
