Founder & Director
With over seven years in the private education and nanny industry, Mikaela has supported families, children, teachers, and nannies across the United States and Canada.
She began her career as a teacher and nanny before moving into school management: recruiting, hiring, and training educators for a private outdoor school. That foundation led to nanny placement, where she worked within an established agency before recognizing what was missing for both sides.
nannyhaus is founded on the belief that an integrity-driven, modern approach to nanny placement can elevate the nanny profession and give families the dedicated, thoughtful support they deserve.
At her core, Mikaela’s motivation is childhood joy and providing parents the peace of mind that they are giving their children the best.
